Claidroid Technologies is looking for a strong  Data Governance Lead  with hands-on expertise in  Informatica IDMC  to drive enterprise-wide governance transformation initiatives.
If governance frameworks, metadata lineage, and IDMC implementation are your core strengths — this role is for you.

Role Overview
You will lead governance transformation, metadata migration, data quality integration, and enterprise adoption initiatives across domains.

Key Responsibilities
Define governance migration roadmap & execution strategy
Implement governance framework in Informatica IDMC
Establish data ownership & stewardship model
Implement metadata catalog & lineage
Integrate Data Quality using IDMC CDQ with remediation processes
Standardize governance policies, procedures & controls
Ensure regulatory compliance & audit readiness
Drive stakeholder engagement & adoption
Lead workshops, training & change management initiatives

Required Skills
7+ years in Data Governance
Strong hands-on experience in Informatica IDMC
Expertise in Data Lineage, Data Quality & Metadata Management
Strong understanding of DAMA & DCAM frameworks
SQL, APIs & Cloud exposure

Preferred
CDMP / Collibra / Informatica certifications
Experience handling large-scale governance migrations.
Certifications of IDMC
