We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead digital sales for mutual fund products with a strong focus on driving SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) and Lumpsum investments through digital channels and owned assets. The role will be responsible for maximizing customer acquisition, activation, and investment conversion across digital journeys. Doing Orchestration between marketing campaigns & other channels – B2B & B2C.
The ideal candidate should have experience in digital financial services, investment products, performance marketing coordination, customer funnel optimization, and revenue growth through app/web ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Revenue & Investment Growth
- Drive SIP and lumpsum investment volumes through digital assets including:
- Mobile App
- Website
- Partner ecosystems – Bajaj & Other Partners
- Campaign landing pages
- Own monthly and quarterly investment KPIs:
- SIP registrations
- SIP book growth
- Lumpsum AUM inflow
- Conversion rate
- Digital revenue contribution
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Improve customer journey from discovery to investment completion.
- Analyze drop-offs and optimize onboarding, KYC, payment, and transaction funnels.
- Work closely with Product, UX, Analytics, and Tech teams to enhance digital conversion.
Campaign Management
- Execute targeted campaigns for:
- New SIP acquisition
- SIP top-ups
- Lumpsum investments during market opportunities
- Cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing teams for:
- Push notifications
- Whats App campaigns
- Email journeys
- Paid digital campaigns
Customer Segmentation & Analytics
- Leverage customer behavior, demographics, and transaction data to create targeted investment propositions.
- Track campaign effectiveness and ROI using dashboards and analytics tools.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with:
- Mutual Fund product teams
- Digital product managers
- Marketing teams
- Compliance & operations
- Technology teams
- Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence in all customer communications and journeys.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly SIP count and value
- Net SIP book growth
- Lumpsum investment inflows
- Digital AUM growth
- Conversion rate improvement
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Customer activation and repeat investment rate
- Campaign ROI
- App/Web investment journey completion %
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
4–8 years of experience in:
- Digital sales
- Wealth-tech / fintech
- Mutual funds
- Banking or investment platforms
- Experience in driving investment products through digital channels is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM preferred
- NISM certifications preferred
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products and investor behavior
- Knowledge of SIP, STP, SWP, and lumpsum investment journeys
- Digital funnel management
- Campaign analytics and performance tracking
- SQL / Google Analytics / CRM tools exposure preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Background
