Functional QA

Job Description :

- Functional QA with knowledge of Automation testing with 6+ years of experience.
Lead end-to-end QA activities for multiple large and complex software projects, including test planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder communication.
Analyze business and technical requirements for completeness, accuracy, ambiguity, and testability while defining testing scope, risks, and assumptions.
Design, develop, prioritize, and maintain functional, API, regression, and integration test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Execute System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking activities, ensuring timely resolution and quality compliance.
Develop and enhance QA standards, testing frameworks, automation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
Mandatory experience in ERP system testing with strong understanding of supplier invoice processing, customer invoicing, finance workflows, and end-to-end transaction validation across integrated enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience in Workday integration testing along with practical exposure to leveraging AI in QA lifecycle activities including AI-assisted test case generation, manual testing optimization, automation enhancement, and intelligent defect analysis.
Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to validate solutions against business requirements and delivery timelines.
Provide regular status reports, testing metrics, and quality insights to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
Utilize automation tools, AI-driven test case generation, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills to improve testing efficiency and software reliability.
