We are seeking an experienced QA Project Manager to lead end-to-end quality assurance and automation initiatives across the organization. This role combines strong leadership, test automation expertise, and quality governance to ensure high standards across the software development lifecycle while driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
Drive QA strategy, planning, and execution across projects
Lead automation initiatives and improve test efficiency
Define and implement end-to-end QA and automation strategies
Manage overall test planning, execution, and quality delivery
Oversee automation framework design and implementation
Track and report quality metrics and ensure adherence to standards
Collaborate with development, product, and cross-functional teams
Introduce and enhance QA tools, frameworks, and processes
Manage defect tracking, resolution, and test execution cycles
Lead, mentor, and manage QA and automation teams
Drive continuous improvement in automation coverage and quality practices
Expertise You'll Bring:
Strong leadership experience in QA and automation delivery
Hands-on expertise in automation frameworks and tools
12-15 years of overall experience in QA and test automation
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation
Proficiency in Java programming
Experience with Eggplant for automation/performance testing
Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and best practices
Experience with TestNG framework
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect and project tracking
Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with version control tools like Git
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
Exposure to API testing and REST services
Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
