Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to asset management and maintenance operations.
Configure and support Hexagon EAM modules including Asset Management, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory Management, and Procurement.
Design and implement EAM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Configure workflows, user security, business rules, and system settings within Hexagon EAM.
Support system integrations with ERP, GIS, SCADA, and other enterprise applications.
Participate in data migration, testing, deployment, and upgrade activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Develop functional and technical documentation.
Conduct user training sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
5+ years of hands-on experience with Hexagon EAM (formerly Infor EAM).
Strong understanding of:
Asset Lifecycle Management
Work Order Management
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Inventory & Materials Management
Procurement Processes
Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)

Experience with Hexagon EAM configuration, administration, and support.
Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).

Experience with APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Hexagon EAM Cloud implementations and upgrades.
Exposure to Java, JavaScript, XML, and integration technologies.

Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
Knowledge of Asset Performance Management (APM) and predictive maintenance concepts.
Experience working in Utilities, Manufacturing, Energy, Oil & Gas, Transportation, or Facilities Management domains.
