JOB DESCRIPTION     In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for finance processes using Python
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support financial analysis and management reporting
Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Automate repetitive tasks such as data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting workflows
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across automated systems and reporting tools
Support month-end and year-end closing activities through automation enhancements
Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions to ensure transparency and scalability
Provide training and ongoing support to finance teams on automation tools and dashboards
Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing automation scripts and reporting solutions

For This Role, You Will Need:
Proficiency in Python for automation and data processing
Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
Understanding of finance processes such as reporting, reconciliation, and closing cycles
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in finance transformation or process automation projects
Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Excel advanced functions, or other data analytics platforms
Knowledge of ERP systems and financial data structures
Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
Exposure to process improvement methodologies
