Role

Description:

Sciverse is looking for a Senior Visual Designer – Marketing & Brand Communications to help shape how our products, technologies, and innovations are communicated to customers, partners, investors, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design capabilities with an understanding of business goals, marketing strategy, and customer communication. You will create compelling visual assets that simplify complex healthcare, diagnostics, AI, and deep-tech concepts into engaging stories across digital and print channels.
Your work will span websites, social media campaigns, presentations, trade-show materials, brochures, videos, product launches, sales collateral, and brand communications. You will collaborate closely with leadership, business development, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure all communication is visually impactful, strategically aligned, and commercially effective.
While this role will occasionally contribute to UX research and interface design discussions, its focus is marketing communication, visual storytelling, brand presence, and lead-generation support.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, brochures, videos, and events.
Translate complex healthcare, diagnostics, AI, and engineering concepts into clear and engaging visual narratives.
Work closely with business and marketing teams to develop campaign creatives that support lead generation and brand awareness.
Design sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, product brochures, whitepapers, and exhibition collateral.
Support website design, landing page design, and digital content optimization.
Maintain visual consistency across all customer-facing communication channels.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing communication accurately represents product capabilities and value propositions.
Participate in design reviews and provide visual feedback on user interfaces where required.
Stay updated on design, healthcare, AI, and digital marketing trends to continuously improve communication effectiveness.

Qualifications:

3–6 years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Marketing Design, or Brand Communication.
Strong portfolio showcasing marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, branding projects, and digital communication assets.
Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, colour systems, and information design.
Experience designing for social media, websites, performance marketing campaigns, and B2B communication.
Understanding of business objectives and the ability to align design decisions with marketing and commercial goals.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and related design tools.
Experience creating investor decks, sales collateral, product brochures, and trade-show materials is highly desirable.
Basic understanding of UX and user-centered design principles.
Experience working with healthcare, SaaS, AI, technology, deep-tech, or B2B companies is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
