About the Rol
The Senior Data Scientist is responsible for driving research and exploratory development in emerging AI technologies, with an emphasis on novel AI system design patterns and agentic/multi-agent systems

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design (20%)
Define and develop conceptual and reference architectures for AI-driven systems
Ensure solutions are  scalable, modular, and extensible
Evaluate technology stacks and architectural patterns for performance and feasibility
Solution Development (30%)
Design and implement advanced AI prototypes and experimental solutions
Build  agentic and multi-agent systems  using frameworks like  Lang Graph, CrewAI
Validate designs through  PoCs and simulations
Work with  containerization (Docker)  and cloud deployment strategies
Innovation Leadership (20%)
Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, IoT, AR/VR)
Drive adoption of new technologies into product development cycles
Collaboration & Mentorship (15%)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural integrity
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
Governance & Compliance (15%)
Ensure compliance with  security, performance, and regulatory standards
Participate in technical reviews and risk assessments
Qualifications

Education:

BE/BTech or ME/MTech in a relevant field

Experience:

8–12 years in AI, software architecture, or related domains
Advanced technical certifications are a plus

Technical Skills
Expertise in  AI architecture and multi-agent system design
Strong experience with  Azure / AWS cloud platforms
Proficiency in:
Python programming
RAG pipeline development
Code management and deployment
Solid understanding of:
Application security & defensive coding
Database design & performance optimization
Infrastructure monitoring

Experience with :
Docker and containerization
Cloud-native deployment patterns
Functional Competencies
