Experience:
1–5 years (Mandatory in IT Service Desk / Tech Support)
Location:
Pune
CTC: Up to 6 LPA (Based on experience; up to 30–35% hike)
Notice Period: Max 15 days
Shift: US / 24x7 Rotational | 100% WFO
Mandatory
Skills:
Service Now Ticketing | Office 365 | Active Directory | Basic Azure AD | Outlook | MS Teams | Basic Networking
Role Highlights:
• L1 technical support via calls, chat & tickets
• Password reset, account unlock, user support
• O365 / Windows / Outlook / Teams troubleshooting
• Incident handling & Service Now updates
• SLA-based resolution & escalation
⚠️ Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Full-time Graduate (Certificates mandatory)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
