Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Carrier/ISP liaison :
Place orders, specify circuit details, and coordinate with carriers or internal teams for WAN circuit delivery.
Portal navigation :
Log into carrier portals, track orders, and manage workflows.
Process management :
Understand carrier processes and escalation paths for provisioning and troubleshooting.
Circuit inventory management :
Maintain accurate documentation and manage circuit inventory (critical responsibility).
Project coordination :
Apply project management skills to oversee timelines, deliverables, and escalations.
Technical support :
Provide technical input on WAN circuits; deep Cisco/IP expertise not required but solid networking knowledge is expected.
Desired Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience working with carriers/ISPs in circuit provisioning and support.
Familiarity with carrier portals and operational processes.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to escalate and resolve provisioning/trouble issues effectively.
Project management experience is a plus.
Circuit inventory management expertise is highly valued.
