Position Summary

An Organic Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Design & Graphic Design Executive is responsible for building and growing a brand's online presence through organic marketing strategies, search engine optimization, website design, and visual content creation. The role combines marketing, creativity, and technical website skills to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Social Media Marketing

- Create and manage content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and You Tube.
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness organically.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions.
- Track and report social media performance metrics.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Improve on-page SEO elements (meta titles, descriptions, headers, image optimization).
- Perform technical SEO audits.
- Monitor website rankings and organic traffic.
- Create SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority.

3. Web Designing

- Design and maintain responsive websites.
- Create user-friendly website layouts and landing pages.
- Update website content, banners, and visuals.
- Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
- Work with platforms such as Word Press, Wix, or Shopify.
- Ensure a smooth user experience (UX) and attractive user interface (UI).

4. Graphic Designing

- Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, and advertisements.
- Create website graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Develop brand-consistent visual assets.
- Edit images and basic videos for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on creative concepts.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of Experience
- Engg Degree a plus
