About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns while driving organic growth through SEO and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a data-driven approach to digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max).
Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
Manage advertising budgets effectively.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Generate insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
BE/BTech or Engineering Degree is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
Candidate must currently reside in Pune or nearby areas.
Preference will be given to candidates located near Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Wagholi, Vishrantwadi, Yerawada, or nearby localities.
Freshers are strictly not eligible.
