OT Security Lead

About Position:

We are seeking OT Security Lead who will will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of OT/ICS cybersecurity integration, risk management, and execution for the Clean Earth acquisition. The role will drive TSA-aligned activities, oversee industrial security risk posture, and ensure secure, practical implementation of controls across operational environments.

What You'll Do:

Support for execution of the OT cybersecurity integration roadmap, aligned to TSA exit milestones and separation objectives

Track and report OT security posture, TSA dependencies, risks, and transition readiness Support prioritization, budget visibility, and resource planning for OT security initiatives
Lead OT/ICS risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, dependencies, and control gaps Oversee implementation of network segmentation strategies (Purdue-aligned or equivalent)
Define and enforce security controls for industrial and legacy systems (PLC, SCADA, etc.)maintain the OT Security Risk Register, aligned to business impact and TSA timelines
Drive remediation execution plans for identified risks and technical debt Oversee transition and decommissioning of legacy/seller-provided security tools
Ensure alignment to enterprise security baselines and target-state architecture

Attributes:
Minimum of 8-12 years experience in a security-based environment focused on design and delivery and maintaining of high quality, robust and scalable security solutions.
Strong experience leading OT/ICS cybersecurity programs (Lead level)
Expertise in industrial environments (SCADA, PLC, HMI, ICS networks) Knowledge of Purdue Model, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST OT security frameworks Proven experience in MA, TSA, or carve-out programs Strong program management skills (RAID tracking, stakeholder governance) Ability to balance security with operational uptime and safety requirements1OT Security Lead (OT/ICS Cybersecurity Integration)

Expertise You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience
