Role Overview :
The Performance Marketing Role – Meta Ads / Google Ads will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms (Search, Display, You Tube and Shopping). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, and hands-on experience in driving measurable ROI through paid media campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta / Google Search, Display, You Tube, and Google Shopping.
Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business goals—customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure effective ad messaging and visual consistency
Analyse campaign performance reports, derive insights, and make data-driven optimizations Stay updated on new features, algorithm changes, and best practices in Meta Ads/ Google Ads and analytics tools
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with seasonal collections, promotions and marketing objectives.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ad campaigns with proven ROI results
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models and conversion tracking
Experience working with Meta Analytics, Meta Tag Manager and Data Studio.
