What you'll do:
Senior Cloud Monitoring Administrator  in the  Enterprise  will be monitoring and managing IT systems across  Windows, Linux, VMware , and  Cloud  environments. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of  ITIL processes , strong technical expertise in  Solar Winds  for infrastructure monitoring, and hand-on with  Splunk  for log analysis and event correlation.

This is a  24x7 support role  requiring proactive system monitoring, incident response, and adherence to ITIL-based  Incident ,  Problem , and  Change Management  processes. Exposure to  AWS ,  Team City , and  network fundamentals  will be considered an added advantage.

Monitoring & Incident Management:
Act as a  Solar Winds Administrator responsible for platform operations , configuration, and monitoring using NPM, SAM, NCM, UNDP, IPAM, and other modules.
Manage  Solarwinds Application patching .
Design, tune, and manage Solar Winds alerts/Reports, thresholds, and notification policies.
Monitor end-to-end infrastructure health via Solar Winds dashboards, reports, and real-time views.
Perform first-line triage on Solar Winds alerts and take corrective actions to restore services.
Manage incident lifecycle following ITIL Incident Management practices.
Use Splunk for log analysis, event correlation, and troubleshooting.
Identify recurring issues and support Problem Management investigations.
Server & OS Administration:
Monitor Windows and Linux server health using Solar Winds SAM templates and custom monitors.
Perform first-level troubleshooting, including service restarts, log review, and system health checks.
Use  iDRAC  (or equivalent remote access tools) for hardware diagnostics and remote reboot operations.
Support scheduled  patching and maintenance activities  in accordance with  Change Management  practices.
Virtualization & Cloud Support:
Monitor VMware ESXi hosts and VMs using Solar Winds Virtualization Manager (VMAN).
Perform initial troubleshooting for host connectivity, datastore usage, and VM availability issues.
Support  AWS Cloud  monitoring, performance reviews, and cost analysis as part of hybrid infrastructure operations.
Network & Infrastructure Monitoring:
Monitor network performance, device availability, and link utilization using  Solar Winds Network Performance Monitor (NPM) .
Understand  basic networking concepts  such as IP addressing, routing, switching, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams for escalations and root cause investigations.
What you'll bring:
Comprehensive understanding of the ITIL framework , with hands-on application of  Incident, Problem, and Change Management  processes.
Strong experience with Solar Winds , including infrastructure and network monitoring, alert configuration, and performance optimization.
Hands-on  with Splunk (SIEM)  for advanced log analysis, alert correlation, and event investigation.
Solid grasp of network fundamentals , including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Practical experience in Windows Server and Linux administration , including system monitoring and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of VMware ESXi and vCenter , with the ability to monitor and maintain virtualized environments.
Familiarity with remote server management tools  such as  iDRAC  for hardware diagnostics.
Strong documentation and communication skills , with experience using  ticketing and ITSM tools  like  Service Now  or  Jira .
Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 support  and  shift-based operational  environment.
AWS Cloud  monitoring and troubleshooting experience, preferred
Exposure to  CI/CD tools  such as  Team City  for automation and reporting,preferred
ITIL Foundation Certification,  preferred
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g.,  PowerCLI ,  Power Shell , or  Python ) for reporting and automation , preferred
Fluency in English
