Digital Marketing Trainee (Performance Marketing)

Annual CTC: 1.92 LPA
Offer up to ₹3 LPA upon successful completion of the probation period, based on performance and evaluation.
Job Summary
We are looking for creative, analytical, and communication-driven individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and performance advertising. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing who are looking to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will work closely with the performance marketing team to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Support the execution of performance marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts
Conduct audience research and analyse consumer behaviour and market trends
Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives and assets
Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports
Assist in keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization
Support website and landing page optimization activities
Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
Requirements
6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong communication and analytical skills
Creative thinking with problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Good understanding of social media and digital trends
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Completed Graduation
