Must Have:
Windows Server Administration
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
Good hands on experience in Windows Server, VMWare-VCF, Patching and Vulnerability Management
Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services.
Patch & Vulnerability Management
Plan and execute OS patching cycles using tools like WSUS , SCCM , or Intune .
Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation based on security advisories.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using tools like SCOM or equivalent.
Troubleshoot server issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents.
Develop Power Shell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting.
Ensure backup jobs run successfully and support disaster recovery drills.
Implement hardening guidelines and security baselines.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for patching and vulnerability management.
Good to Have:
experience in Windows Server administration .
Strong knowledge of Active Directory , Group Policy , and Windows security .
Expertise in patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM) and vulnerability remediation.
Familiarity with Power Shell scripting for automation.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
