Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue (PySpark)
Build robust data transformation frameworks for large-scale data processing
Develop orchestration workflows using AWS Step Functions and Event Bridge
Design and maintain S3-based Data Lake architectures
Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform
Develop data validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks
Optimize data models for analytics and reporting workloads
Ensure adherence to AWS security, governance, and IAM best practices
Collaborate with business, data, and application teams to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile
7-10 years of Data Engineering experience
Minimum 5 years of AWS Glue (PySpark) experience
Strong background in Data Lake and Cloud Data Engineering
Experience designing Metadata-Driven ETL Frameworks
Hands-on exposure to AWS orchestration services
Experience implementing security and governance controls on AWS
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
