Service Now Architect
We are looking for a Service Now Architect to drive the technical vision, governance, and architectural design of Service Now platform. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, establishing platform standards, and building scalable, upgrade-safe solutions that align with enterprise business goals.

Job Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do Platform Vision & Architecture: Lead the technical design, roadmap, and multi-instance strategy for the Service Now platform while enforcing Out-of-Box (OOTB) best practices.
Enterprise Integrations: Architect robust, scalable integrations connecting Service Now with third-party enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and SSO.
Governance & Code Quality: Define development standards, conduct technical design reviews, oversee update set deployments, and ensure platform health, security, and upgradeability.
Module Delivery: Oversee hands-on architecture across core and emerging modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, SPM, custom applications).
Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex business requirements into clear architectural blueprints and communicate solutions effectively to both technical teams and executive leadership.
Key Requirements & Technical Skills Hands-on Development: Deep mastery of JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Service Portal / UI Builder.
Data Modeling & CMDB: Strong knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards and CMDB architecture.
Security & Access Controls: Advanced knowledge of ACL rules, platform security models, domain separation, and role-based access.
Leadership: Proven ability to mentor developers, guide technical delivery teams, and manage release governance.
Education & Certifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
At least 1–2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
