Senior Open Text VIM Consultant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Open Text VIM Consultant with deep expertise in SAP and Open Text solutions to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). This role requires strong functional and technical knowledge, along with the ability to drive end-to-end solution architecture and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Open Text VIM solutions
Design scalable and optimized invoice processing workflows
Gather and translate complex business requirements into solution architecture
Drive integration with SAP modules (FI/MM) and S/4
HANA environments
Oversee OCR/ICC setup, document capture, and automation strategies
Provide L3 support, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure system stability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Basis, business users)
Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance in VIM implementations
Required Skills:
6
-10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in Open Text VIM
Hands-on experience in VIM configuration, workflows, and enhancements
Strong knowledge of SAP FI/MM integration
Experience with ICC/OCR, Archive Server, and document management
Exposure to S/4
HANA migrations or implementations
Ability to handle complex troubleshooting and performance tuning
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Open Text VIM and/or SAP certification
Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations
Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 apps related to invoice processing
Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, AI-based invoice processing)
