Domain: 8+ years in Data Warehousing & BI.
Fusion Modules:
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), OTBI.
Implementation: 3+ full-lifecycle Fusion Analytics implementations.
Analyze current reporting pain points, data silos, and KPI requirements. Define the future-state analytics strategy, data warehousing blueprint, and dashboard designs.
- Functional Consultant with hands on experience on Core HR Configurations,
- Good to have Reporting ( OTBI , BIP) ,
- Worked on Enterprise Structure changes, person record, Assisgnment Changes and more related with Core HR Area
