Role: Senior Associate - Project Management
Location:
Pune, India
Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST
Experience:
3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Implementation Managers (IMs) and clients to lead Sakon Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platform implementations.
Maintain Service Delivery Plans, track delivery schedules, and manage weekly task execution across multiple parallel projects.
Proactively identify project risks, navigate scope changes, and ensure timely milestone achievements.
Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Audit, Carrier, Technical) to deliver accurate, quality client service.
Streamline processes, gather customer requirements, and transition accounts to Account Management teams.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Experience:
3 to 5 years in the telecom industry or IT or BPO/KPO or SaaS with project management and implementation experience.
Core Capabilities: Proven track record in SaaS implementations and adherence to service management principles.
Project Management: Strong grasp of PM methodologies, risk mitigation, and tracking multiple deliverables concurrently.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and knowledge of MS Project or equivalent tools.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Skills (A Plus):
Working knowledge or experience with Enterprise Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Mobility Solutions.
Familiarity with Enterprise Financial Systems.
