Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Zywave is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights for our Sales and Client Success teams. You'll own key metrics reporting, partner with U.S.

-based stakeholders, and turn business questions into trusted dashboards and analysis.

What you'll do:
Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, bookings, forecast, win rate, renewals, and churn
Create and optimize Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM-based views
Use Snowflake/SQL to pull, transform, and validate sales and CS data
Analyze SaaS metrics to uncover root causes behind missed bookings, pipeline gaps, and churn
Build reporting assets in Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Looker, or similar BI tools
Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation, and stakeholder support

What you bring:

5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Analytics, or SaaS Analytics
Strong grasp of B2B SaaS metrics (pipeline, bookings, forecast, churn, retention, expansion)
Hands-on Salesforce reporting/dashboard experience
Strong SQL/Snowflake and BI tool experience
Excellent communication, QA, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work U.S. business hours

Nice to have:
Experience in insurtech, fintech, HR tech, or similar B2B SaaS
Familiarity with tools like Clari, Gong, Outreach, Gainsight, or CPQ platforms
