We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in  data migration and enterprise transformation projects . In this role, you will manage the migration of client data from legacy platforms to strategic future-state solutions, working closely with global stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Services.

What you'll do
Lead end-to-end client data migration projects from planning through go-live and hypercare.
Manage multiple concurrent migration projects across countries, regions, and client portfolios.
Coordinate migration planning, data validation, cutover activities, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive governance, project reporting, issue resolution, and executive-level updates.

What we're looking for
12+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in Project or Program Management.
Proven experience managing  data migration, ERP migration, HCM migration, payroll migration, or platform transformation projects .
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Experience managing cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
PMP certification preferred.
Exposure to HR, Payroll, HCM, Workday, Success Factors, or similar enterprise platforms is beneficial.

Nice to Have
Experience in payroll, HR technology, workforce management, or enterprise platform implementations.
Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, , or similar tools.
Experience working across global and multi-country environments.
