Jade Global is seeking a seasoned Service Now Presales & Solution Lead to drive the technical scoping, architectural design, and ultimate closure of enterprise-scale opportunities within our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) practice. This is a strategic, client-facing leadership position designed for an expert practitioner who can seamlessly bridge complex business problems with cutting-edge Service Now platform architecture.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading high-impact technical presales engagements, architecting multi-workflow solutions, owning rigorous effort scoping/SOW development, and cultivating critical Service Now alliance relationships. This leader will carry a personal bookings/pipeline conversion quota and will serve as the primary authority on aligning customer business outcomes with Service Now capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Pre-Sales & Pipeline Conversion
Lead complex discovery workshops, executive technical presentations, and deeply tailored solution demonstrations to uncover customer pain points and define future-state architectures.
Engage C-suite executives (CIO, CTO, COO, CFO) on digital transformation roadmaps, articulating the value of platform consolidation, AI-enabled service management, and hyper-automation.
Partner with the Sales organization on account targeting, competitive positioning strategy, and technical qualification from initial lead state through formal closure.
Serve as the primary domain expert during high-value sales cycles, effectively neutralizing competitor technical objections and proving Jade Global’s superior technical execution capabilities.
Architecture, Estimation & Deal Scoping
Own the end-to-end technical solutioning process for complex, multi-module Service Now pursuits, including architectural blueprints and integration ecosystems.
Drive rigorous effort estimation reviews, meticulously validating delivery timelines, staffing matrices, and resource mixes to ensure commercial viability and zero delivery slippage.
Draft and negotiate comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, technical roadmaps, and detailed business value realization models.
Govern the transition from sales to implementation, conducting thorough technical handoffs to Delivery and Practice teams to ensure customer expectations are perfectly executed.
Service Now Alliance & Ecosystem Engagement
Cultivate deep technical and co-sell alignment with Service Now field sales, solution architects, and partner enablement managers to accelerate pipeline growth.
Represent Jade Global’s technical prowess at premier Service Now ecosystem events, including Knowledge, partner forums, and executive round tables.
Unlock referral and co-sell opportunities by demonstrating deep domain expertise to Service Now account teams, positioning Jade as the go-to delivery partner for complex workflows.
Qualifications & Experience Required
12–15+ years of progressive experience in IT consulting, enterprise solution architecture, or technical presales, with a minimum of 6–8 years dedicated exclusively to the Service Now platform.
Deep architectural mastery across the full scope of Service Now workflows, specifically ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, IRM/Sec Ops, WSD and other modules of Service Now with platform features like Now Assist / Movework / Creator Workflows.
Commanding executive presence with a proven track record of influencing enterprise technology stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
Demonstrated experience scoping seven-figure deals, including accurate effort estimation, complex delivery sizing, and airtight contract/SOW formulation.
