Spare Parts Specialist, for Tissue LATAM market (based in Pune, India)

We are looking for a highly motivated Spare Parts Specialist to join our Contact Center team, covering the LATAM market.

The role is responsible for managing customer requests end-to-end, from quotation to order execution and after-sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction, strong win-rate performance and reliable delivery.

This position requires strong customer orientation, technical curiosity, and a high level of ownership. We are looking for someone who truly cares about customers and feels personally accountable for providing timely and high-quality responses.

In this position, you will be required to,

Preferred

Handle spare parts inquiries coming from customers, Product Sales Managers and Mill Sales Managers. Analyze customer needs using Valmet documentation, BOMs and technical drawings. Prepare accurate quotations and follow up proactively to increase win-rate. Collect and analyze lost order reasons to improve future performance and market understanding. Interface with Global Technical Support for complex technical requests. Support customers in identifying correct spare parts and solutions.

Read and interpret technical drawings (preferred). Manage orders in ERP system (LN). Work closely with production, logistics and supply chain teams to:

Solve production-related challenges
Mitigate delays and bottlenecks
Ensure deliveries meet promised lead times

Support Warranty Cases And Customer Claims. Act As Customer Interface Until Full Resolution. Manage Commercial Negotiations Within Defined Guidelines. Protect Margins While Maintaining Strong Customer Relationships. Use Basic Analytical Tools (Excel, M365) To

Track performance
Analyze market trends
Identify improvement opportunities

To Succeed This Role, You Will Need

Experience working with ERP systems (preferably LN).

Experience with ticketing / CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Ability to navigate technical documentation. Basic data analysis skills (Excel, M365 tools). Strong customer relationship skills. Excellent communication (verbal & written). Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Proactive mindset – does not wait, follows up. High resilience and stress management. Results-driven and detail-oriented. Previous experience in spare parts, service sales, inside sales or technical support.

Experience in industrial / manufacturing environment preferred. Technical background is a plus (mechanical, industrial, engineering). Fluent English required (Spanish is a plus)
