A fast-growing healthcare and pharmaceutical organization focused on nutraceuticals (vitamin and nutrition supplements), direct B2C engagement with patients, and a teaching academy for health education. The company manages multiple product lines and channels and requires a robust, compliant, and agile supply chain to support growth.

Role Overview
The Supply Chain Manager will own end-to-end supply chain operations for the nutraceutical and pharma portfolio, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. The role will ensure uninterrupted product availability for patients and channel partners while optimizing cost, compliance, and service levels.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning: demand forecasting, supply planning, and replenishment for all SKUs and channels.
Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods from approved vendors and contract manufacturers.
Implement and monitor inventory norms to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce expiries, and avoid stock-outs.
Manage warehousing, storage, and distribution operations in line with pharma and nutraceutical quality and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with production, QA/QC, sales, marketing, and finance to align supply plans with business requirements and product launches.
Track key supply chain KPIs (fill rate, on-time in-full, inventory turns, logistics cost) and drive continuous process improvement.
Develop and maintain strong vendor and logistics partner relationships, including rate negotiations and performance reviews.
Implement and improve systems or ERP processes for accurate inventory, billing, and traceability.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA in Operations/Supply Chain is an advantage.
5–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in pharma, nutraceuticals, FMCG, or healthcare.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems and strong Excel or data analysis skills.
Understanding of pharma/nutraceutical regulatory and quality requirements in storage, handling, and distribution.
Must be proficient with English and could communicate and coordinate efficiently.

Preferred
Prior experience in a nutraceutical or pharma B2C environment with multiple SKUs and channels.
Experience setting up or scaling supply chain processes for a growing brand or startup.
