Job Description:

The position is responsible for the planning, alignment and execution of Supply Chain activities related to approved and funded projects. Projects can include new product introductions, product line extensions, network optimization, acquisitions, divestiture, product design changes and lifecycle management.
This person works directly with overall project leaders, regional supply & demand planners, supply network planners, Master Data Management team, RA & QA teams and business partners to ensure strong working relationships and processes, resulting in achievement of stated final project objectives.
Manage distribution compliance set up in different ERP systems to meet supply chain planning goals.

Ensure data accuracy in the Regulatory approvals database (RAD).

Monitor and report on performance metrics and support Management with reports and data analysis.

Apply Global Supply Chain Projects processes to enact product changes and changes to supply chain flows. Projects will include new variant introductions lifecycle management changes.

Support the Sales & Operations Planning process.

Oversees and assesses the impact of license expires and delivery blocks on supply planning activities, proactively identifying risks, and coordinating mitigation actions to maintain supply continuity

Leads the cross‑functional introduction of variants into the supply chain, including all required activities for RAD setup and ongoing maintenance.

Drive Scenario Planning process, with capacity bottleneck identification where appropriate. Ensure appropriate available capacities to meet timelines and volume requirements.

Identify and pro-actively mitigate risks throughout the entire supply chain.

Drive improvements in Global Supply Chain Projects processes.

Provide input for Global Supply Chain strategy across projects and platforms.

· Provide strong connectivity with existing supply chain processes - S&OP, Inventory Management, interdependent projects.

Works directly with key business partners to ensure strong working relationships and processes, resulting in achievement of Operations objectives.

Support demand, supply and inventory strategies to build robust, efficient and compliant end-to-end supply chains for new products.

Responsible for managing and meeting all supply chain deliverables on assigned projects focused on Labelling initiatives, Product Conversions, Supply Chain Business Process and System improvements.

Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.

For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
