Global Fulfillment & Logistics Analyst - Operations
Location :
Pune, India
Experience : 5 +years
We are looking for a Global Fulfillment & Logistics Analyst who can own the execution details behind global hardware movement: procurement coordination, inventory control, logistics tracking, and customs documentation. This role sits at the center of hardware deployment readiness, ensuring hardware is ordered correctly, received cleanly, tracked accurately across locations, and shipped on time with the right paperwork. This role is built for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is highly organized, and can coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep shipments flowing and inventory reliable.
What You'll Do
Procurement and Vendor Coordination
- Handle day-to-day procurement coordination, including PO tracking, supplier follow-ups, and shipment readiness. Identify and escalate risks such as delays, shortages, or missing documentation to ensure timely delivery.
Global Fulfillment and Logistics Execution
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments by coordinating with carriers, freight partners, and warehouses for timely deliveries. Ensure accurate shipping documentation, support customs clearance, and resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, or missing items.
Inventory Management and Accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking across warehouses, deployment sites, and in-transit shipments. Support inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution to ensure reliable hardware availability for deployments.
Process Ownership and Improvement
- Improve procurement, inventory, and shipping workflows by maintaining SOPs, checklists, and operational reports. Identify process gaps and drive resolutions to improve shipment visibility, inventory accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
What You Should Know
Education:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline.
Professional
Experience:
5+ years of experience in operations, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or fulfillment.
Technical Logistics:
Hands-on experience coordinating shipments, freight, and 3PL partners with a strong working knowledge of shipping and customs documentation.
Data Management:
Comfortable managing operational trackers and reconciliations in Excel/Google Sheets.
Operational Excellence:
Strong attention to detail with a bias toward closing loops and preventing repeat issues.
Communication:
Clear communicator who can drive updates across teams and time zones.
Autonomy:
Ability to work independently and handle multiple threads without dropping execution.
Preferred Qualification
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Industry Context:
Experience in hardware-enabled, IoT, automotive, or embedded systems environments.
ERP Proficiency:
Experience with Net Suite, Odoo, Zoho, Quick Books, or other ERP/inventory tools.
Lifecycle Management:
Exposure to RMAs, reverse logistics, or refurbishment flows.
Regional Expertise:
Familiarity with international shipping lanes (US, EU, India) and warehouse operations.
