Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical support across one or more supply chain functional areas (materials planning, logistics, inventory, etc.).
Utilize standard processes, tools, and information systems to enable effective supply chain analysis.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all analytics, reports, and dashboards.
Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Develop actionable insights and support implementation of corrective action plans.
Participate in Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Leverage business systems to create scalable, repeatable analytics and reporting solutions.
Support materials planning processes, including supply-demand balancing and exception management.
Monitor procurement signals, expedite orders where required, and ensure alignment with supply plans.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth material flow and issue resolution.
Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to optimize material flow and inventory management.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve planning and operational issues.
Develop inventory optimization strategies aligned with business and enterprise goals.
Use advanced tools (e.g., Kinaxis, BI dashboards) for planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Track and manage supply chain KPIs, balancing trade-offs to achieve optimal performance outcomes.

Experience
4–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, analytics, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Kinaxis or similar advanced planning tools is required.
Experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Proven experience in order processing, monitoring, and supply plan execution.
Familiarity with NPI/VPI processes.
Experience in metrics analysis, reporting, and tools such as GOMS and aftermarket material planning is preferred.
Additional Internal Role Requirements
This role supports the US time zone and requires working in Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) .
Night shift allowance and transportation (pickup and drop within PMC & PCMC limits) are provided.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
May require compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
