Head of Sourcing

Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain Management (SCM)
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented  Head of Sourcing & SCM  to lead end-to-end procurement, supplier development, supply planning, logistics and supply chain transformation across our fast-growing EV and advanced manufacturing ecosystem.

This role will be responsible for building a scalable, resilient, and agile supply chain capable of supporting rapid growth, localization and next-generation technology programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing across EV components, battery systems, electronics, semiconductors, mechanicals and manufacturing equipment
Build and manage strong domestic and global supplier ecosystems
Drive cost optimization, localization and supplier development initiatives
Oversee procurement, inventory planning, logistics, warehousing and material flow
Ensure supplier readiness, APQP/PPAP compliance, and operational excellence
Develop risk mitigation and business continuity strategies for critical supply chains
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Program Management and Quality teams
Build and mentor high-performing sourcing and SCM teams

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field
15–20 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain leadership
Strong background in automotive, EV, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries
Expertise in supplier management, localization, strategic sourcing and operational transformation

Experience with ERP/SCM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis or Blue Yonder
Strong negotiation, analytical and leadership capabilities
Passion for sustainable mobility and manufacturing innovation

Leadership Competencies
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution capability
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and influencing skills
Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving orientation
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth and ambiguity-driven environments

Preferred
MBA / Master’s in Supply Chain Management preferred
Exposure to global supplier ecosystems and vertically integrated manufacturing environments
Experience driving digital transformation in supply chain operations
