Equipment Supply Leader

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate end-to-end equipment supply activities from order receipt to final delivery at customer site
Develop and manage project supply schedules aligned with customer requirements and project timelines
Coordinate with project execution, procurement, planning, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure material and equipment availability
Optimize supply chain processes to improve lead times, cost efficiency, and delivery reliability
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Support project managers with regular progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation planning
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and project execution processes
Manage all supply-related documentation including purchase orders, shipping documents, and delivery confirmations
Monitor project supply risks and ensure proactive resolution of bottlenecks
Collaborate with global stakeholders in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
