Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations across multiple warehouses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory planning, stock control, warehouse coordination, and inventory accuracy. Candidates from logistics and supply chain companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpress Bees, Shadowfax, or similar organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
Monitor inward, outward, and stock transfer activities.
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, procurement, and operations teams.
Analyze inventory reports and maintain optimum stock levels.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shrinkage issues.
Ensure timely replenishment and inventory availability.
Track inventory movement and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Implement inventory control processes and SOPs.
Manage warehouse KPIs and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations.
Experience handling multiple warehouses simultaneously.
Expertise in stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, MIS Reporting).
Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent coordination and team management abilities.

Preferred Background
Experience from Shiprocket, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpress Bees, Shadowfax, Amazon Logistics, Flipkart Logistics, or similar supply chain/logistics organizations.
Experience handling high-volume inventory operations.
Exposure to D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, or Logistics environments.

Qualification
Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant certifications in Inventory Management or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
