Responsibilities Develop and manage the maintenance plan for TSI operations.
Coordinate with various departments to schedule maintenance activities.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to maintenance activities.
Participate in budget planning and cost control for maintenance projects.
Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in maintenance management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of maintenance best practices and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in maintenance operations.
