Boiler Attendent

• Candidate should be first class pass in boiler attendant.

• Should have 5/7 years of experience of working in spantwash fire boiler.
Responsibilities
Operation and monitoring:  Operate high and low-pressure boilers, monitoring gauges, meters, and controls to maintain optimal pressure, temperature, and efficiency.
Routine maintenance:  Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, inspecting, and replacing worn parts on boilers and associated equipment like pumps and pipes.
Safety compliance:  Ensure all operations comply with safety protocols and regulatory standards. This includes performing safety tests and responding to emergencies.
Troubleshooting and repair:  Diagnose and repair malfunctions, leaks, or other issues to prevent downtime. This may include performing pipe fitting and welding as needed.
Water treatment:  Conduct regular water quality analysis and perform chemical treatment to prevent scaling and corrosion.
Record-keeping:  Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, fuel and water levels, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Equipment management:  Monitor and maintain other related equipment, such as pumps, fans, and fuel supply systems.
