Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other facility systems.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime of equipment and infrastructure.
Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to identify potential issues and take corrective actions proactively.
Plan and manage maintenance budgets, procurement of spare parts, and inventory control of maintenance materials.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and local statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized maintenance work.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, service reports, and compliance documentation.
Suggest and implement improvements in systems, processes, and equipment to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:

Education:

Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Facility Management or related field.

Experience:

7–8 years of hands-on experience in maintenance management, preferably in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) and basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of safety protocols, compliance standards, and risk management.
Ability to work independently and make strategic maintenance decisions.
