To facilitate, design, monitor and implement risk management processes and programs within the organization business units and help business identify, evaluate, mitigate, and manage Operational, Financial, Compliance and Strategic risk besides other types of risks.
Responsible in handling delivery and contract related risk assessments besides enterprise risks at organization level.

What You'll Do:
- Enterprise
Risk Management:
- To deploy ERM framework, processes, and practices within the assigned portfolio
- To establish, communicate and facilitate use of appropriate ERM methodologies, tools & techniques
- To keep track of key risk indicators and assisting in the ongoing monitoring of risk exposure and to assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and plans
- To establish and follow-up an appropriate framework to facilitate collection and analysis of data and information.
- To be accountable for ensuring risks are profiled and captured accurately in the risk register (RCSA) and updated when risk trigger events occur
- To support the CRO for various reporting requirements like regulatory and board risk reporting among others
- Stakeholder Support:
- To be accountable for and provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure the correct risk and controls overlay the end-to-end process mapping and documentation management to support the control process
- To conduct workshops on risk initiatives for delivery and on business enabling functions leadership
- To support business with risk related domain inputs for ongoing RFP requirements
- Research and Data Analysis:
- To conduct / support research on industry best practices and emerging risks to keep the organization informed about potential threats
- To collect and analyze data to assess risk trends and patterns and assisting in the development of risk models
- To support the creation of customized whitepapers and research analysis for supporting risk communication across the organization and promoting an effective risk culture
- Other ERM Initiatives:
- To support the ERM Leadership in various initiatives and activities in areas such as Crisis Management, Contract Management, Business Compliance, Country Risk Assessments etc
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream or MBA / Professional qualification
- 9 to 10 years hands-on experience in Enterprise risk management (ERM)
- ITeS organizations or Captives of Foreign MNC’s; or
- ERM functions of organizations in the BFSI, Hi-Tech, Telecom, HLS, Manufacturing or other industry domains; or
- Similar experience in ERM consulting with reputed consulting firms
- Candidates preferred with certifications in Risk Management from reputed associations such as IRM, ISACA, RIMS etc
