Job Description:

Tower Head - Record to Report will lead the global R2R function of 150+ people managing activities around Journals, MEC , Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Consolidation ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across all entities. This role is responsible for driving process excellence, automation, and standardization within the R2R domain, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver strategic business insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership & Strategy

- Define and execute the global R2R strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Lead a team of managers and analysts across multiple geographies
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and best practices in R2R processes

Operational Excellence

- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local statutory requirements
- Manage global chart of accounts, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation processes

Governance & Compliance

- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
- Partner with internal audit and external auditors for smooth audits

Technology & Transformation

- Drive ERP optimization and digital transformation initiatives within R2R.
- Implement automation tools for reconciliations and reporting
- Managed improvement projects around MEC days reduction, Agentic AI implementation

REQUIREMENTS

Chartered or Cost Accountancy

15+ years of experience in a similar role
