We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Management Specialist

In This Role, You Will

Business Management role where the person would be my co chief of staff handling the people agenda
Has some experience in project management to help with tracking and execution
PMO experience
Support and mentor team members
Experience on Change Management
Proven track record in basis project management and governance.
Exceptional communication skills
Good at content creation eg newsletters , success stories
Proven track record in Technology as well business stakeholder management.
Good to have :
Use / maintain / build dashboards to uplift visibility on service performance.
Curiosity about finding novel ways to complete the tasks at hand
Strong adherence to timelines

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

Exposure to HSBC Governance processes and tools
Exposure to Agile methodology
