P2P Delivery Head

Work with a GCC setup for a Reputed Indian Organisation
Leadership Role to handle the P2P function.

Job Description     Oversee the end-to-end P2P (procure-to-pay) processes ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
Manage vendor relations and ensure timely payments and reconciliations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize P2P workflows and processes.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Accounting & Finance department.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements in service delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present reports on P2P performance to senior management.
The Successful Applicant    A successful P2P Delivery Head should have:
A strong background in Accounting & Finance with expertise in P2P operations.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Experience in the Business Services or Telemarketing & Call Center industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools.
A detail-oriented approach and commitment to accuracy.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
