Objectives
Ensure proper planning and execution of VTM activities
Interact with clients during the process and manage workflow effectively
Process & TAT Management
Ensure all activities are completed within the defined turnaround time (TAT)
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely completion of all tasks
Ensure post-process activities, including indexing and Xeroxing, are correctly performed and forms are kept in designated locations
Client Interaction & Reporting
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding process status
Provide timely updates and reporting to clients during the process
Attendance & Team Management
Manage attendance of team members and allocate work in case of absenteeism
Motivate and maintain team morale to achieve optimal productivity
Ensure adherence to organizational work ethics and standards
