As a key member of the executive team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success, market intelligence, and client satisfaction in the global commodity markets.

Key Responsibilities

Commodity Market Expertise:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the

different commodities, Iron Ore, Scrap, Steel, and Ferro markets to make informed strategic

decisions and drive business growth.

Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to

enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability in the Commodities sector.

Collaboration and Partnerships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry

stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies, to drive collaboration and

growth opportunities.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with commodity trading,

supply chain management, and market fluctuations to ensure business continuity.

Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor

the performance of operations in the Commodities sector and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, fostering a

culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry

standards governing commodity trading and operations.

Technological Integration:
Explore and implement innovative technologies and digital solutions

to optimize operations and stay ahead of industry trends.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership position with a focus on pricing

strategies, and market insights for various commodities.

Industry Knowledge:  Demonstrated expertise in Iron Ore, Scrap, Steel, and Ferro markets.

Analytical

Skills:

Proficiency in analyzing market data and making informed strategic

decisions.

Leadership

Skills:

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards common objectives.

Financial Acumen:  Strong financial management skills and ability to drive profitability.

Client Focus:  Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and relationship
- building skills.

Regulatory Understanding:  Familiarity with laws, regulations, and standards governing

commodity trading.

Innovative Thinking:  Ability to drive innovation and implement technological solutions.

Adaptability:  Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate market fluctuations.

Travel:  Willingness to engage in frequent national and international travel as required.
