Team Lead – Repayments at FPL Technologies

At One Card, we aren’t just reimagining the credit card; we’re rebuilding the entire ecosystem from the ground up. We are looking for a high-impact Team Lead for our Repayments vertical to help us manage scale, optimize collections strategies, and lead a high-performing team.

Why this role is exciting:

1. Oversee the complete collections process for the unsecured lending business, with a particular emphasis on credit card collections, while maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders.

2. Manage bucket-level resolution, rollback, and normalization target achievements, along with effective capacity planning.

3. Demonstrate proficiency in dialer management to maximize productivity.

4. Exhibit effective team management skills, overseeing a team of Associates and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and managing attrition according to

business expectations.

5. Drive performance management and team development initiatives.

6. Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring robust redressal mechanisms are in place.

7. Possess a strong understanding of the digital repayment journey.

8. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of audit and compliance requirements.

What we’re looking for:

1.

Experience of 4-10 years in the service industry / contact center.

2. Must hold a Graduate/ Post-Graduate degree.

3. Proficient analytical ability.

4. Experience in Stakeholder/Vendor Management.

5. Good problem solving skills.

6.

Experience of handling tough situations/cases at impactful locations.

7. Result Oriented mindset.

8. Work with a Process Oriented approach.
