Assistant Regional Validation Manager

As Asst. RVM manager - Services, you will be responsible for growth and profitability of Services in your respective city/region. You will be leading a team of Validation Manager/asst Validation managers and Leads and working closely with the Sales and Design team to increase adoption and penetration of Services(onsite works) while deeply engaging in BAU operations and ensure strict adherence to SLAs and TAT
Managed Cities - Mumbai (All regions)
Responsibilities
Complete ownership of CGMV growth and profitability(margins) of Services in respective cities as per AOP
Collaborate with Sales and Design team to improve penetration and adoption of services in Booking stage and Order stage
Complete ownership of timely and quality outputs on quotations and GFCs(good for construction drawings) and adherence to Services SLAs and TATs
Implement and streamline current or new processes, tools, systems, documents and standards to ensure an exceptional and consistent delivery
Ensure effective deployment and 100% adoption of strategic or operational initiatives/business process changes etc
Collaborate with Internal teams to create high quality, cost-effective impactful solutions to mitigate business or operational issues
Conducting Daily/weekly reviews with downline team
Build, coach and lead a high-performance team
Requirements
Civil/Construction/Interior background and has experience working with startups
Btech + MBA from reputed institute
8+ years of overall work-experience in or startups or sales or operations
Entrepreneurial mindset
Team management experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and data-driven decision-making mentality
