Senior Specialist

As an AVEVA MES Specialist, you will collaborate with customers, internal architects, and cross‑functional engineering teams to build and enhance enterprise‑grade MES solutions. You’ll work across the full lifecycle—requirements, design, development, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirement‑gathering discussions with customers and create functional & technical specifications.
- Design & architect enhancements for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and integration solutions.
- Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot AVEVA MES applications; perform code reviews and bug fixes.
- Support Application Engineers during commissioning, upgrades, and site expansions.
- Work across Production, Quality, Inventory, Performance, and Reporting modules.
- Integrate MES with ERP, PLM, and plant‑floor systems.
- Research and document technical solutions using the internal Knowledge Base.

Essential

Qualifications:

- 4+ years in digital manufacturing or MES implementations.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with MS SQL Server, T‑SQL, stored procedures & performance tuning.
- Frontend experience:
JavaScript, UI development.
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows and shop‑floor integration.
- Exposure to OPC/PLC, industrial protocols (a plus).

- Experience with AVEVA/Wonderware MES, Rockwell FT, Siemens Opcenter, etc.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to occasionally travel to customer sites.
- Familiarity with ISA‑88 / ISA‑95 standards.

⭐ Preferred

Skills:

- Knowledge of ISA‑95, 21 CFR Part 11, or GMP compliance.

- Experience with reporting, dashboards, historian systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
