Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Molding Machine Maintenance professional located in Pune. The role involves performing regular equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted operation of molding machines. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assessing the performance of equipment, conducting periodical repairs, and optimizing machine functionality to support operational excellence.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance practices
Expertise in Troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues
Ability to work on-site in Pune with strong attention to detail and safety standards
Experience in machinery used within the plastic processing or molding industry is advantageous
Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or engineering disciplines preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
