Key Responsibilities
Fabrication Work
Carry out fitting and fabrication tasks for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other heavy fabricated components as per job requirements.
Drawing Interpretation
Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints accurately for assembly and layout.
Assembly & Fit-Up
Perform precise fit-up of components using tools and techniques suitable for heavy fabrication work.
Quality Assurance
Ensure the quality and accuracy of fit-up and fabrication work in line with company standards and client specifications.
Tool Handling
Operate basic fabrication tools, cutting equipment, grinders, and measuring instruments safely and efficiently.
Team Coordination
Work in coordination with welders, supervisors, and quality inspectors to meet daily production targets.
