Full-Time Opportunity | 3-Month Paid Internship Leading to Full-Time Role

Are you a recent graduate/post-graduate looking to begin your career in  market research and business intelligence , with real, hands-on exposure to global industries and companies?

At  360iResearch , we are looking for a motivated candidates to support our research analysts in market understanding, research, and outreach activities.

Initially, you will work closely with experienced analysts to understand assigned markets, identify relevant companies and industry participants, and support targeted outreach activities. This role will give you practical exposure to how market research projects are developed, how industries are analyzed, and how relevant market participants are identified and engaged.

The opportunity begins with a  3-month paid internship , followed by a potential full-time role based on performance.

What You’ll Work On
Assist research analysts in understanding assigned markets, industries, and key market participants.
Assist analysts with Linked In, email, and professional outreach activities.
Support live outreach initiatives based on assigned market requirements.
Identify and organize relevant companies and industry contacts for targeted outreach.
Coordinate with analysts and the internal team for outreach-related activities.
Track outreach activities and maintain basic reports and databases.
Research companies, products, services, technologies, and industry trends relevant to assigned markets  from an outreach perspective .

Who Should Apply
Recent graduates/post-graduates with a completed degree.
Graduates/post-graduates from  Engineering, BCA, MBA , or other relevant disciplines.
Freshers interested in building a career in  market research, business research, or related fields .
Candidates with good internet research and communication skills.
Individuals comfortable working with Linked In and online research platforms.
Candidates who are curious about industries, companies, and how markets operate.
Individuals who are detail-oriented, willing to learn, take feedback, and grow in a structured environment.

Perks & Work Details
Internship Stipend:  ₹10,000 per month
Internship Duration:  3 months
Post-Internship Salary:  Up to ₹3 LPA, based on performance
Role Type:  Work from Office
Office Timings:  10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
