About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to take ownership of store operations, Finance & HR support, inventory planning, and centralized purchasing across multiple outlets.
This is not a desk-only admin role — we need someone who can think on their feet, manage stock across stores, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Store Operations Support
• Coordinate daily with store teams to ensure smooth functioning
• Act as the go-to person for operational issues across outlets
• Ensure stores are fully stocked and running without disruptions
• Support new store launches and operational setup
Inventory & Stock Management (Key Focus)
• Plan and manage stock across all stores
• Track consumption and forecast requirements
• Prevent stock-outs and reduce wastage
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct audits
Purchasing & Vendor Management
• Handle centralized procurement (raw materials, packaging, supplies)
• Coordinate timely ordering and delivery to stores
• Negotiate with vendors for better pricing and reliability
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationships
Admin + HR + Finance Coordination
• Oversee office administration and service vendors
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff records
• Track expenses, petty cash, and vendor payments
• Coordinate with accounts for billing and documentation
What We're Looking For
• Experience in F&B / QSR / Café / Retail operations (multi-outlet preferred)
• Strong skills in inventory planning and stock management
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working with Excel / POS / inventory systems
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

Salary
₹25-30k monthly based on experience
