Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Fitness Coaches at PEPT, located in Kondhwa, Pune. As a Fitness Coach, your responsibilities will include conducting group exercise sessions, providing personalized fitness instruction, and assisting clients in achieving their fitness goals. You will also support clients by offering guidance on exercise techniques and provide exceptional customer service to promote a welcoming and motivating environment.
Qualifications
- Skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
- Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and Exercise Physiology
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification in fitness training or related fields (preferred)
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels
